“Any italian will tell you a good ciabatta needs a crunchy crust and a very open and soft crumb. This is one of the breads that shines in its simplicity. Because it is slowly fermented using oly sourdough, its flavor profile is very rich and its texture is fine, almost buttery.

All out products are slowly fermented using only sourdough. We do not use commercial yeast or additives for any products.”
