“This loaf was inspired by a north Austrian recipe (Waldviertler Jausenlaiberl, for a tongue twister). It has a rich flavor, where rye and spelt balance each other out.

All out products are slowly fermented using only sourdough. We do not use commercial yeast or additives for any products.”
