“A very nice light bread made with kamut flour. Kamut flour is made out of khorasan wheat, which is an ancient type of grain, that is richer in nutrients and has a sweet and buttery flavor. It is slowly fermented using only sourdough and is a very simple and tasty choice.

All out products are slowly fermented using only sourdough. We do not use commercial yeast or additives for any products.”
