White wheat loaf that originates in the Galicia region in Spain, it is mainly characterized by its distinctive shape (knotted).
Our version of Pan Gallego is slowly proofed using only sourdough, which confers the loaf with a deep rich flavor.

All out products are slowly fermented using only sourdough. We do not use commercial yeast or additives for any products.
