“The sourdough croissant is one of the products we are most proud of. It is made 100% with sourdough, no commercial yeast and is slowlly proofed over 3 days, which confers it with a unique slightly sour taste which perfectly balances out the taste of top quality butter we use.

All out products are slowly fermented using only sourdough. We do not use commercial yeast or additives for any products.”
